  Even with a guest Pastor, the Word is our focus. Important insights on suffering in our lives... All of us relate, yet some stuff it, sometimes we've been taught that. Jesus'example shows He knew it was for this reason that He came, yet He cries out to His Father. One thing we can do for others (I got this from the sermon) is listen! Care! Call! But just be with them.

  I came here a few years back, it was my home church. I enjoyed the messages and the worship, and I believe the people here truly strive to please God, however, they only get involved in your life if you are a Christian. When I left for another church, few people contacted me, a lot of people avoided one of my friends for being an atheist. They talk about love and being welcome to people, but they certainly don't practice what they preach as far as welcoming people. The pastor has brought this up a few times to people who attend and I give him kudos for acknowledging this problem. However can people who come here only allow certain people to "plug in" or to be involved or get to really k ow them. No one is perfect, but this church is much too hypocritical and unwelcoming to some.

  I love this place, nice people, the pastor is awesome, you are going to laugh a lot during the services, interesting topics and the perfect way to learn about the bible in a practical way.
